Postural Analysis & Correction
Detailed assessment of standing, sitting,
and movement posture to identify imbalances, asymmetries, or
misalignments that contribute to pain or reduced performance. Using visual
observation, plumbline methods, and functional tests (aligned with my
anatomy and assessment units), I create targeted correction plans with
exercises and manual techniques. Benefits: Improved biomechanics,

useful for runners, gym-goers, or desk-bound expats in Dubai.
Injury Prevention & Return-to-Play Programs
Customized strategies to
strengthen weak areas, improve biomechanics, and build resilience against
common sports injuries (e.g., strains, overuse issues). Combines postural
work, strengthening exercises, and preventive massage techniques from
my curriculum (injury management and soft tissue dysfunction). For return
to-play: Gradual progression from rehab to full activity, ensuring safe and
confident comeback. Ideal for athletes training in Dubai’s heat.
Pre- & Post-Event Preparation & Recovery
Pre-event: Warm-up
massage, light stretching, and circulation boost to enhance performance,
flexibility, and reduce injury risk before competitions or intense sessions.
Post-event: Focused recovery techniques to decrease soreness, clear
metabolic waste, speed muscle repair, and prevent delayed onset muscle
soreness (DOMS). Techniques include effleurage, compression, and
assisted stretching – helping athletes recover faster in Dubai’s demanding
climate.
Sport-Specific Massage
Tailored deep tissue and functional massage
targeting muscles and patterns used in your specific sport (running, golf,
tennis, gym training, team sports). Addresses sport-unique stresses to
improve endurance, power, and efficiency while reducing fatigue.
Customized based on your activity level and goals – perfect for Dubai
marathon runners or CrossFit enthusiasts.
Deep Tissue Massage
Firm, slow pressure to access deeper muscle
layers, break down chronic knots, release adhesions, and realign tissue for
better function. Highly effective for releasing long-term tension from
repetitive sports movements or poor posture. Benefits: Reduced pain,
improved range of motion, and enhanced athletic performance.
Myofascial Release
Sustained gentle pressure and stretching to free
restrictions in the fascia (connective tissue), restoring smooth gliding
between muscles and improving overall mobility. Helps with tightness from
overuse, scar tissue, or postural habits – leading to freer movement and
less compensatory strain.
Trigger Point Release
Precise, focused pressure on hyper-irritable knots
(trigger points) that cause local pain or referred pain patterns (e.g.,
shoulder knots causing headaches). Deactivates points to relieve pain
quickly, restore normal muscle function, and prevent chronic issues. Often
combined with stretching for lasting relief.
Flexibility & Assisted Stretching
Guided assisted stretches (therapist
helps apply and hold positions) combined with massage techniques to
increase muscle length, joint range, and tissue elasticity. Reduces stiffness,
improves flexibility, enhances recovery, and lowers injury risk – especially
beneficial after intense sessions or in Dubai’s warm environment. Includes
dynamic and static elements from my certified flexibility & stretching unit
for safe, effective gains.
